Stan and Ollie are forbidden by their wives to attend a rowdy convention in Chicago, so they dream up a ploy: Ollie suddenly has to take an ocean voyage to Honolulu for his health.

Unfortunately, Mrs. Hardy can't stand the ocean-would Stan be nice enough to keep Ollie company? The boys scamper off to the Windy City and have a great time-but they receive a little surprise when they get home! Filled with hilarious comedy, Sons of the Desert has a wonderful supporting cast, including the irrepressible Charley Chase as Ollie's practical-joke loving brother-in-law.
