Damages, Delays and Lost Packages:

Jackson Square is not responsible for the package once it is tendered to the carrier. We do not issue refunds for damages, delays or lost shipments. Claims can be made directly with the carrier within 7 days.

Freight Shipments shipped by Motor Carrier: damages or shortages MUST be notated on the delivery receipt.

    Shipping & Delivery Policy

    At Jackson Square Mall, we’re committed to getting your items to you safely and efficiently. Whether you’re shopping from across the country or picking up locally in La Grange, Illinois, our shipping process is designed to be straightforward and dependable.

    Shipping Methods & Carriers

    Most standard orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and delivery location. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

    Order Processing Time

    Orders are processed within 24–72 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Please note this does not include transit time. Orders placed after 12 PM CST on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.

    Free Shipping

    We offer free standard shipping on most U.S. orders over $150 (before taxes and discounts). Free shipping is typically sent via economy ground or USPS and does not include guaranteed delivery times.

    Exclusions to Free Shipping

    Certain items are excluded from our free shipping offer due to size, weight, or fragility.

    These include:

    • Furniture
    • Lamps
    • Mirrors
    • Some artwork
    • Blow molds
    • Items over 30" tall
    • Orders requiring freight or Uship delivery

    Shipping for these items is quoted separately and determined at our discretion. If shipping is not available, we’ll offer local pickup or a refund.

    Freight Shipping (LTL Orders)

    Large or oversized items may ship via licensed motor carriers. These are curbside deliveries unless otherwise arranged.

    Important:

    Damages or shortages must be noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery. Failure to do so may void eligibility for a damage claim.

    Shipping with uShip

    We partner with uShip for certain oversized items like furniture and vintage decor. uShip connects us with independent transport providers across the U.S.

    Here’s how it works:

    • Contact us before or after purchase to request a uShip quote
    • Our website may provide a quote via Uship but we will confirm it
    • We’ll post the job on uShip
    • The uShip driver will validate a pickup date within 72 hours (normally) and will schedule delivery with you.
    • All uShip deliveries are curbside only and handled by independent drivers.

    Shipping via uShip is invoiced separately and must be arranged before fulfillment.
    Not all items are eligible for uShip. We reserve the right to decline based on distance, carrier availability, or item condition.

    Local Pickup – La Grange, IL

    FREE in-store pickup is available at our storefront in La Grange, Illinois. Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout.

    Pickup orders are ready within 1–2 business days, and you’ll be notified via email when your order is ready. Certain fragile or oversized items may be available for pickup only.

    Local Delivery & Furniture Consignment Pickup

    We offer local delivery within a 90-mile radius of La Grange, IL for oversized purchases or furniture consignments.

    • Delivery fees vary by location and accessibility (stairs, elevators, etc.)
    • In-home delivery (white glove) may be available upon request
    • Delivery is typically scheduled within 7–10 business days

    Consigning furniture? We offer pickup for up to 10 pieces of approved furniture.

    Returns & Shipping Liability

    All sales are final.

    Many of our items are vintage, one-of-a-kind, or pre-owned and may show signs of age or wear. We do our best to describe and photograph items accurately.

    Jackson Square Mall is not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, you may file a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number.

    Ground Shipping

    Ground orders are delivered to the entrance of your home or building by carriers such as UPS and FedEx or USPS. The transit time typically ranges from 2-7 business days, and progress can be easily monitored with the provided tracking details. Please note that assembly may be required.

    • FURNITURE, MIRRORS and LARGE PIECES by a local insured moving company. We can include smaller pieces that are boxed by our team as well.

    Freight Truck Curbside Delivery (Furniture & Large Orders)

    Freight delivery is quoted as curbside delivery with a delivery appointment and lift gate to a residence. This does not qualify as part of the $150+ purchases receiving free delivery.

    Shipments over 150 pounds or that cannot be delivered by parcel service will be shipped via LTL 

    Curbside delivery is quoted manually and invoiced separately.

    Curbside delivery features delivery of the order to the most accessible area for the truck, with further unloading of the order from the truck to the ground level. 

    The transit time typically ranges from 7-14 business days. Transit times are not guaranteed and no refunds are issued for delays.

    Progress can be easily monitored with the provided tracking details.

    Please note that assembly may be required.

    Additional charges will be billed to you

    Deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm.

    If you are not home, experience a power outage, or cannot receive delivery, you must call the freight carrier. Redelivery is an additional fee.

    Preparing for Delivery

    BEFORE

    Measure your space

    To avoid delivery day disappointments, ensure the furniture properly fits the area where you intend to place your new item. Additionally, it is crucial to measure any doorways and turns through which the furniture will pass through, including stairways, elevators, or angles that may hinder the delivery team’s ability to maneuver the furniture into your home.

    Prepare your space

    In preparation for White Glove by our delivery tea, please remove pictures, accessories, or other items from the walls to prevent damage. Furthermore, ensure that the area where you want your furniture placed is free and clear of any items that may obstruct the passageway.

    DURING

    Furniture is inspected prior to delivery to ensure its damage free. In the unlikely event transit damages occur, proceed with the following:

    Thoroughly inspect the furniture for any damages while the delivery team is present.

    If any issues arise during delivery, contact our customer service team while the delivery team is present.

    After consulting with customer service, ensure all damages are notated on the delivery paperwork.

    AFTER

    If any issues arise after delivery, contact our customer service team for assistance.
