This item is a Fraternal Order of Eagles (F.O.E.) delegate badge from their 4th Annual State Convention in June 1907. The F.O.E. is an international fraternal organization founded in 1898, known for its charitable work and for establishing Mother's Day as a U.S. holiday.
The letters "F.O.E." at the bottom of the main eagle pendant stand for the Fraternal Order of Eagles.The badge features an prominent eagle design, which is the official emblem of the organization. The top bar includes images of what appear to be a sailing ship, a gentleman in a top hat, and a bridge or landmark.
