- Furniture requires shipping via LTL, which is quoted separately and up the store discretion about whether we can ship it or not.

- Blow molds, lamps and most mirrors are for instore pickup only.

Damages, Delays and Lost Packages:
Jackson Square is not responsible for the package once it is tendered to the carrier. We do not issue refunds for damages, delays or lost shipments. Claims can be made directly with the carrier within 7 days.
Freight Shipments shipped by Motor Carrier: damages or shortages MUST be notated on the delivery receipt.
