Damages, Delays and Lost Packages:

Jackson Square is not responsible for the package once it is tendered to the carrier. We do not issue refunds for damages, delays or lost shipments. Claims can be made directly with the carrier within 7 days.

Freight Shipments shipped by Motor Carrier: damages or shortages MUST be notated on the delivery receipt.

Items that include "firm" in the name are not eligible for additional coupons or discounts. In the event that a coupon is utilized on a firm item, we will notify you that this was applied in error.
